Sales & Billing


  1. Yes, you will have an option to select paypal as the payment method during the ordering process.


  2. Our general turn around time is 24 hours or less after your order has been placed and verified.


  3. Billing is on the 1st of each month.


  4. Yes, there is a 7 day money back guarantee if there is a hardware or service related problem. (Please note there is only one refund per customer).


  5. Cancellations can be made at anytime however you must cancel before the 1st of the month to avoid being billed for that month.


  6. Most of our servers come with 1000GB of bandwidth which is roughly 3Mbps (24/7) on average. We allow our customers to purchase an additional 1000GB of bandwidth for $75/month.


  7. At this time we do not offer a reseller program.

Hardware & Software


  1. We do a standard installation of the Operating System only. If you want additional software packages you will be responsible for installing this yourself.


  2. No, we do not allow customers to add their own hardware to the dedicated servers.

Support


  1. Yes, our regular support hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. After hours we have a technician on call for emergency support incidents


  2. To contact after hours support dial (614) 794-5971 and select the option to page a technician.


  3. If the problem is due to our network or service then there will be no charge. If the problem is unrelated to our network or service there will be a $100 charge for after hours support.


  4. No, these servers are completely unmanaged. We are responsible for the network and hardware only. We do not offer support for software or operating system issues. If you have an issue you cannot resolve we can reformat your drive upon request.


  5. Yes, if you ordered the remote reset feature you can reset your server online.
